James W. Tolin, Jr.

Biography

Jim was born in Topeka, Kansas. He moved to Roxboro, North Carolina, and started his law practice there in 1974. During his time as an attorney, he has handled almost every type of case that an individual could be involved with including bankruptcy, criminal defense, real estate, family law, business law, and wills and estates. Jim also served as the county attorney for Person County, North Carolina for 18 years while he was building his private practice. Jim is probably the most compassionate, down-to-earth person you will ever meet, but he also is known for his well-reasoned, sound advice.
